The Following Documents are Required During Enrollment
Proof of domicile in Pohatcong Township (Required) - This document may be:
• Lease/renter’s agreement
• Mortgage/closing document
• Current utility bill which reflects parent/guardian name and current address
• If you do not have these documents, please contact Mrs. Price at sprice@pohatcong.org for an alternative document that will need to be notarized.
Birth Certificate or Proof of Age (Required) - Students must be five years of age by October 1st in order to qualify for Kindergarten
Health Records (All Documents Below are Required)
• Copy of Child’s Immunization Records
• Health History Form (Provided by Pohatcong School)
• Completed Physical Form (Student must have proof of physical exam dated within 365 days of enrollment date)
Proof of Guardianship and/or Copies of Any Court Orders Pertaining to the Student (Required if Applicable)
Students in Preschool
Currently accepting enrollments for the 2024-2025 School Year! To express your interest, fill out this form.
Thanks to a Preschool Expansion grant from the NJ Department of Education, Pohatcong School can now provide full-day services to 3 and 4-year-old children. Children must reside in Pohatcong Township and be 3 years of age on or before October 1st. Space is limited.
Students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade
Enrollment to Pohatcong Township School is open to Pohatcong Township residents, serving students in grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Students must be 5 years of age by October 1st in order to qualify for Kindergarten.
Pohatcong School District new student enrollment process begins online using a service called OnCourse Connect. To begin, click the following link and enter your name and email address. A unique online registration link will be emailed to you.
Students in High School
Pohatcong Township School is considered a "sending district" to Phillipsburg High School. To begin enrolling a student, please complete the tuition letter and return with proof of address (utility bill, tax bill, lease, etc. connecting you with your primary residence in Pohatcong Township) Tuition Letter [PDF File]
